Server now supports 1.19!

Following the 1.19.0 Update, Server now supports 1.19!
Server is also expected to support 1.19.10
For changelogs, please refer to Minecraft BE 1.19 Changelogs.

Server also migrates from Origins+ Mod to OriginsBE mod. Everyone is required to re-setup their Origins.
